'Ghajini' is the remake of a Tamil film with the same title. A.R.Murugadoss who directed the original, has directed
Aamir in the Hindi remake. The basic storyline of the movie Ghajini is Vengence and romance. It has very little
comedy.
Story:
Sanjay Singhania (Aamir Khan), a man suffering from anterograde amnesia, a condition which prevents him from
remembering anything beyond 15 minutes. The cause for his condition is being hit with an iron rod, while attempting to save the life of his girlfriend Kalpana (Asin). After Kalpana's violent death, his main mission in life was to find the cruel killer who turned his life into a tragedy and ultimately take vengeance. With a short lived memory, how he manages to find and kill the villain, forms the rest of story.
Performance:
Aamir's performance is mind blowing in this film. He plays two shades in this movie both violent and soft. He is
perfect in both the characters. His body language is perfect. Asin who acted in the original Tamil movie is apt in
Hindi too. She is cute and a good artist. She is brilliant. Chemistry between Asin and Aamir is good. Jiah Khan
performed well as a supporting artist. As the villain, Pradeep Rawat is excellent.
Music:
Music by A.R.Rehman is also one of the highlights of the movie. Background score blends well with the movie.
Song 'Guzarish' has already hit the top music charts. Choreography and cinematography is also good.
Verdict:
To wrap up 'Ghajini' is terrific with good music, good story and good action. Watch the movie for Aamir Khan.
He is simply superb in the movie. 'Ghajini' is another milestone in his carrer. 'Ghajini' Can be rated as an above
