'Kal Kissne Dekha' is the launching pad of producer Vashu Bhagnani's son Jackky Bhagnani.
Director Vivek Sharma's 'Kal Kissne Dekha' follows the same trend of other recent releases where
the hero can foresee future. Direction goes flat in most of the places. Screenplay is not gripping, it
has many loopholes. The film just doesn't hold audience attention.
Story:
Nihal Singh (Jackky Bhagnani) from Chandigarh is a seemingly simple yet unconventional boy. He
talks too much, questions everything and builds complicated gadgets in his spare time. He is
charming and adores his mother, has dreams of studying in the most elite institute of science and
always looks for big ideas in small things. Nihal gets accepted into his dream college in Mumbai.
His first few days in the college turn out to be nightmare, he is ragged by his seniors and also gets
insulted by Meesha (Vaishali Desai) whom he likes.
However Nihal slowly wins them over. Meesha is proud, rude and rolling in money and she cannot
accept that Nihal is managing to charm everyone. Including Professor Verma (Rishi Kapoor), the
warden of the college. Nihal gets visions of Meesha being in danger. He saves her life and his
secret is revealed. The media and TV channels are all buzzing with only one news: Nihal can see
the future. Meesha softens towards him and love blooms. What Nihal doesn't know is that someone
is trying to use his gift against him. In his innocence, he is manipulated and his visions become a
tool. What happens next forms the crux of the movie.
Music:
Sajid-Wajid's music is peppy and energetic. Most of the tracks are worth humming and melodious.
Cinematography by Johny Lall and choreography is excellent.
Performance:
Jackky Bhagnani delivered his dialogues with confidence, his dancing was good and his emotions
were perfect. Vaishali acted her part well. Rishi Kapoor was his usual self. Chemistry between
Jackky and Vaishali was perfect. Ritesh did not have any scope, he did justice to his role. All other
supporting cast were apt.
Verdict:
Overall 'Kal Kissne Dekha' can be rated as average movie for it's good music and good starcast.
Movie is worth watching once.
