'KARMA - CRIME, PASSION, REINCARNATION' was inspired from Rajesh Khanna - Vinod Khana
- Hema Malini starrer KUDRAT. Director failed to build good suspense and the climax was
dissapointing. The dialogues were okay and the script had flaws. Background score was
average.
Story:
The story begins in the backdrop of Ooty, Vikram (Carlucci) along with his wife Anna (Alma) visit
Ooty to meet Vikram's father Ranvir (Vijayendra). The young couple comes for the first time in thirty
years and for Anna it is the first time. However, as soon as she lands there, weird things begin to
happen to her and she feels very much a part of her place. This behavior irks Vikram and he lets
his steam on Anna. However, things begin to happen to him too and soon he realizes that it is
happening for real. Immediately, he apologises to Anna and together, they decide to unravel this
mystery. What happens from there forms the rest of the story.
Performance:
Alma did her role with perfection. Carlucci was good. Vijayendra was graceful. Claudia did not have
much to offer. All other supporting starcast were just average.
Verdict:
'KARMA - CRIME, PASSION, REINCARNATION' can be rated as below average movie, can be
skipped. | |
